If your client has received approval for a Scratch Pay plan but you cannot locate the plan on your Scratch Dashboard, your client may have either not e-signed the offer or may have accidentally selected the wrong practice name during their application process.

Please ask your client to ensure that they have e-signed their Scratch Pay plan offer as the final step of the application. If they have already e-signed, then ask them to call our support team to transfer their plan to the correct practice at 855-727-2395.
