Your practice will receive a notification email whenever your client is approved for and accepts a Scratch Pay plan. These emails let you know who the patient is, how much they’re approved for, when their financing plan will expire, and function as a guarantee for the full amount listed in the email.
You can also view this information anytime in your Scratch Dashboard.
