Have your patients or clients visit scratchpay.com on their computer, tablet, or phone, enter their phone number, and click Find A Payment Plan to begin our 90-second application. The application will ask for basic personal, employment, and treatment cost details.
Once the application is finished, most applicants will instantly receive a decision on their payment plan options. They can review these options and then choose Agree and Submit if they want to proceed with one of the presented plans.
Once your patient or client e-signs their Scratch Pay agreement, that payment plan will appear on your Scratch Dashboard.
