

Add or update your practice's bank account by clicking on the Bank Account tile on the Account page of your Scratch Dashboard.
Alternatively, you can email us any of the following to documents@scratchpay.com or fax to (213) 402-6975:
Photo of a voided check.
AND a Bank Verification Letter or Bank Statement showing the name and address of your clinic.
AND a photo of a physical piece of mail dated within 90 days (utility bill or supplies invoice) that shows your practice name and address.
