Receiving Payment on Scratch Pay Plans
Scratch Financial pays your practice through direct deposit to the bank account linked in your Scratch Dashboard.
Once a plan is finalized, the plan amount (minus the provider fee for accounts on Net Settlement) is deposited into your bank account within 2-3 business days.
Each payment from Scratch Financial will have the statement descriptor "Scratch Payables" in your bank statement and will include an addendum detailing the patient's name and the fee associated with that transaction.
